All per-track purchases are final and non-refundable after download.
Before you pay, you receive a full preview of your mastered track with real-time A/B comparison between the original and mastered versions. This preview is your opportunity to evaluate the quality of the master. Once you download the mastered file, the purchase is complete and no refund will be issued.
Album Pack credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable.
Album Pack credits do not expire within the 12-month window. Unused credits at expiration are forfeit and not refundable. Once you redeem a credit and download the mastered file, that credit is consumed and no refund will be issued for it. (Previously-sold 5-Pack bundles are honored under these same terms — the SKU was retired 2026-05-26, but existing 5-Pack credits remain valid.)
Add-on purchases are non-refundable.
The Stems Add-On ($19.99) grants one stem-separation credit valid for 12 months from purchase. The Re-master Credit ($4.99) is bound to a specific previously-purchased master and is valid for 30 days. Unused add-on credits at expiration are forfeit. Once redeemed (a stem job runs successfully or a re-master export completes), the credit is consumed and no refund will be issued.
Monthly memberships are billed in advance and are non-refundable for already-charged periods.
Memberships discount what you buy — they do not include masters. You may cancel at any time via the Customer Portal to prevent the next renewal, and you retain member benefits (discount + priority + 1 free re-master per month) through the end of the already-billed period. No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of a billed period. (Previously-sold annual unlimited subscriptions are honored through their existing term — the SKU was retired 2026-05-26.)
Annual subscriptions include unlimited masters at the chosen tier; bundle credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
If we issue a refund through Stripe (e.g., for a billing dispute or technical issue), any unused credits associated with the refunded purchase are automatically revoked. Already-downloaded masters are not affected.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after downloading mastered files, your account will be permanently suspended and you will lose access to all downloaded and pending masters.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your mastered file after a successful payment, contact us at support@luvlang.studio and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
