Common Questions

How long does mastering take? Most tracks are processed and ready for download within minutes of upload.
What file formats are supported? We accept WAV, MP3, FLAC, AIFF, and OGG files for upload. Mastered files are delivered as high-quality WAV.
Can I get a refund? Per-track purchases are non-refundable after download, since you preview the master before paying. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. For questions about refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
What's the difference between tiers? Basic provides essential loudness and clarity. Advanced adds multiband processing and stereo enhancement. Premium delivers full analog-modeled mastering with the highest quality settings.
I didn't receive my file. Check your browser's downloads folder. If the issue persists, email us with your order details and we'll resend it.
