Common Questions

How long does mastering take? Most tracks are processed and ready for download within minutes of upload.
What file formats are supported? We accept WAV, MP3, FLAC, AIFF, and OGG files for upload. Your mastered file is delivered in the format your tier supports — 320kbps MP3 on Standard, 24-bit WAV on Professional, and all lossless formats (WAV/FLAC/AAC) on Studio.
Can I get a refund? Per-track purchases are non-refundable after download, since you preview the master before paying. LuvLang has no subscriptions — you only pay per track (or per discounted pack). For questions about refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
What's the difference between tiers? Every tier runs the same full 24-stage mastering chain. Standard delivers a 320kbps MP3. Professional adds 24-bit WAV delivery, multiband dynamics, and stereo-width enhancement. Studio unlocks all lossless formats (WAV/FLAC/AAC), mid/side processing, console emulation, ML stem mastering, reference-matched fingerprint EQ, and the full mastering report PDF.
